Begin your record
Keep the sheets
The book asks you to account for one organ at a time, thirty consecutive days each, and to begin the count again whenever you fall. This keeps that record for you.
On privacy. What you record here is a private reckoning. If a guide is linked to your account they see how many days you have kept and what you have completed — never which rule you marked, unless you turn that on yourself, sheet by sheet. There is no feed, no leaderboard, and nothing is shared with anyone else.
You do not need a guide to begin. You can work through the first stage alone. Moving between stages needs the sign-off of a teacher, because the book is firm that this path is not walked unaccompanied — and a guide links to you with an invite code.
